With over 700 million people worldwide using Instagram every month, and 400 million of them using Instagram every single day - it’s crucial that your business is on board! 95 million photos and videos are shared on Instagram per day, so getting the right images by using the relevant hashtags at the right time, will get your amazing content seen across the globe!
According to the International Business Times, Instagram is estimated to have brought in $1.53 billion in global mobile ad revenue in 2016! That’s a 144% increase year over year and would amount to 8.4% of Facebook’s global mobile ad revenue. There are currently over 8 million registered businesses using Instagram business profiles which shows the colossal power of app, and the importance of having Instagram for your business - whatever your business is, theres demand for it.
1. Instagram Live
Instagram live works by streaming real time videos via Instagram stories. Once the live video has ended, the videos disappear never to be seen again! 100 million users use the “stories” feature daily, publishing live events throughout the day, giving a behind the scenes insight.
Businesses make the most of the Instagram Live by hosting interactive Q&A sessions, a great way to interact with customers as the ‘live’ feature enables people to comment on the video in real time. It’s also a great way to broadcast a tutorial or demo of your products / services or just simply give a behind the scenes look at your business!
2. Instagram Stories

6. Get Creative, Be Fun
