Account Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Account Executive to join our team.

Role
As an Account Executive, you will work within our Client Services team, working hand-in-hand with both our Managing Director and Head of Digital to ensure the smooth running of the studio and projects. As well as supporting on larger projects (both internal and external) you will be the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring projects, sprints, and retainers are managed with clarity and care, and with a focus on long-term success.
Salary: Circa £25K (DOE)
Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring responsive, friendly, and professional communication.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding each client’s business, goals, and challenges.
Guide clients through project lifecycles, from briefing and planning through to launch and post-launch support.
Work with project managers, designers, and developers to plan, schedule, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate the flow of assets, feedback, and approvals between clients and internal teams.
Manage documentation such as project scopes, timelines, meeting notes, and status updates.
Review deliverables (e.g., wireframes, designs, staging sites) before they go to clients to ensure they meet expectations and project requirements.
Coordinate testing and QA efforts with the team and client when needed.
Ensure a smooth handoff of completed work, including any necessary documentation or training.
Support agency marketing activities, such as agency website content population and management of agency newsletter and LinkedIn page.
Assist with internal operations, including studio scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
Participate in team retros, process reviews, and efforts to improve how we deliver work.
Technical Requirements
Able to translate client goals into functional requirements and briefs.
Experience working with website content management systems.
Comfortable discussing projects using basic UX, UI, SEO and dev terminology.
Experience working with Project Management such as Productive, Trello and Google Suite.
Proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace for internal and client communication.
Awareness and understanding of website design and development processes.
Awareness and understanding of basic GA4 analytics and metrics.
