You’re only as good as your last project.

It’s a saying that gets swapped and changed around depending on the situation all of the time but it’s true. We’re only as good as our last project and the latest feedback we receive from a client on how they felt it went.

It’s important for us to stay humble and transparent at Abstrakt. We might be growing but with that comes with its own set of challenges and can often be the make or break of a culture, of a way of supporting current and future clients too. We’ve seen it plenty of times. Businesses that get big and forget the reason they started in the first place. Forget their ethos and their way of doing things and doing them right.

We’re a small team but we all have the same set of values when it comes to delivering work. We deliver quality, we have an acute attention to detail, we genuinely care about our client’s businesses and supporting their progression, and delivering tangible results too. Sometimes just as importantly, we know when to say no. We’re not a team of ‘yes men’ and if we think there are better ways to meet an objective, we’ll voice it.

Honesty is the best policy after all.

That's why we send an anonymous questionnaire annually to our clients so they can voice their thoughts and give us feedback. The good, the bad and the ugly. It's a good measure for us on how we've performed overall and an opportunity to reflect on areas we can improve upon.
