At Abstrakt, client satisfaction isn’t just a goal - it’s at the heart of everything we do. We send out an anonymous client questionnaire every year to gain invaluable feedback on our service, delivery, and overall performance.
This process helps us see where we are winning and celebrate our successes. Still, more importantly, it helps us identify areas for improvement, ensuring we continually grow and evolve to serve our clients better.
This year, we’re thrilled to share that our Net Promoter Score (NPS) has improved yet again, rising from an already exceptional 92 to an outstanding 93. To put this in perspective, the industry average NPS stands at 53*, a benchmark we are proud to far exceed.
