On working with Abstrakt
Tell us a little about your business and your role.
Get More Vits was created in 2013 by Steve Norris and Chris Arrigoni. With an idea to shake up the soft drinks industry, with a product that delivered on both health benefits and taste.
As Marketing Manager at Get More Vits, I have a variety of responsibilities, from managing our consumer and trade events, overseeing our d2c business, supporting the sales team and looking after our brand voice and persona.
What digital challenges were you facing before working with Abstrakt?
We had a functioning website that looked just okay. It did not reflect the type of brand we were nor did we feel it appealed to the customers we know we have. We had issues with site navigation, abandoned baskets and we struggled to convert new traffic into sales.
We felt the Abstrakt team understood our needs even better than we did, from just the first meeting.
Why did you choose Abstrakt for this project?
We felt the Abstrakt team understood our needs even better than we did, from just the first meeting. They challenged us to ask questions we didn’t know needed answering and we felt their expertise in design and web development would be the best fit for us
How did you find the process of working with our team?
Great - the team were always great at communicating and presenting ideas to us. The project pretty much ran on time throughout and it was nice to build relationships with the Abstrakt team throughout.
We felt the team knew what we needed and wanted from the outset.
Do you feel that our team understands your needs and provides solutions that are aligned with your business goals?
For the most part, yes. For the website build we felt the team knew what we needed and wanted from the outset. There were a few elements that needed to be worked on further later down the line, but we got there together.
What stood out most during the project?
The design of the website overall, including the new colours used, animations created and brand feel. We liked how the design team understood just how much of our current branding to bring through, so the end result felt positively different without being too alien to us.
Are there any specifics in our offering (account/project management, strategy, UX , digital branding, development, etc), or even an individual team member’s support, that you particularly value?
We loved working with the design team - we really felt they understood us and our brand and perfectly executed this in the design.
Is there anything we could do better / more of to add more value or support you more fully?
Not currently, no.
Has the project met your expectations?
Yes, absolutely.
What would you say to someone considering working with Abstrakt?
To meet the team and have a chat. It is always best to meet face to face and check all values and needs are aligned, to give confidence to the project ahead.
