Delivering a unified brand message with the SCAPE Partner Portal.

SCAPE Partners Portal

Partners Portal case study header mobile

During their rebranding process, SCAPE expressed a need for a central information repository for employees, delivery partners and agencies to access information and downloadable assets.

As a highly collaborative business that values its partnerships, it's important for SCAPE to offer clarity and transparency to all of its partners. Always aiming to improve collaboration, increase loyalty and understand how their brand is perceived, the portal needed to work as a single central source of truth for the SCAPE rebrand.

Abstrakt worked with the marketing team to define key audiences and what features were a requirement to each persona, enabling them to easily navigate the new brand and adapt their own channels to represent SCAPE and its rebrand, both verbally and visually.

A scalable portal to support SCAPE's employees, partners and agencies.

The information repository needed to be easily navigable when discovering the rebrand. That meant a clear and concise design system of brand assets: from logos to colour palettes and iconography, all the way through to typography and brand tone of voice. It needed to be a place for everything and structured in a way that made sense.

The portal would become a clear guidebook on how the brand was to be presented internally and externally. Whilst expressing the organisation's vision, missions and goals with the presentation of a dashboard, quick links and the brand story. It was also an opportunity for SCAPE to create an area for easy communication with partners, as well as gaining insight with in-portal surveys on the brand for quick communication.

When it came to development, we built SCAPE's core website on Craft 3, which we developed further into a multisite that allowed for a secure brand portal, accessed with private logins and passwords. This meant that the marketing team's content authors could seamlessly manage assets for the portal, whilst working within a familiar Craft set up. Entirely scalable, the portal can be added to as brand assets and documentation grows, allowing for a dynamic digital brand and transparent communication between SCAPE and all of its partners.
