Our annual client questionnaire helps us understand where we’re delivering real value, where we can do better, and how we can continue to raise the bar for the businesses and brands we work with.
The results from our 2025 client survey are in, and we’re incredibly proud of what our clients had to say.
Exceeding expectations, not just meeting them
When asked how well Abstrakt meets our client's business needs and the quality of work we deliver, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Over 90% of clients rated our work at the very top end of the "excellence" scale, with nearly half describing our output as “above and beyond”.
This isn’t just about aesthetics or delivery - clients consistently highlighted the thinking behind the work, from insight-led strategy to thoughtful execution that supports real business goals.
Responsiveness that feels like a partnership
Speed and clarity of communication continue to be a standout strength. 100% of respondents rated our responsiveness as either “extremely” or “very” responsive, with two-thirds selecting the highest possible score.
Clients repeatedly referenced fast replies, clear explanations and a team that’s always available when it matters - reinforcing our belief that great digital work starts with great relationships.
What clients say we do particularly well
When given space to describe Abstrakt in their own words, several themes came through loud and clear:
- Clear, human communication, even on complex technical topics
- Deep expertise and proactivity, with a willingness to challenge when it adds value
- Strong problem-solving, breaking down large or complex requirements into manageable steps
- Seamless collaboration across strategy, design, UX and development

Clients come back, and recommend us
Long-term partnerships are at the heart of how we work, and the data backs this up:
- Over 90% of clients said they’re very likely to work with us again
- Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 77, placing us well into “world-class” territory
- No negative recommendation scores were recorded
This tells us that the quality of our delivery is translating into genuine advocacy, not just satisfaction.
Honest feedback helps us improve
We don’t ask for feedback to hear praise alone. Clients were also candid about where we can improve, including:
- Acknowledging that we’re sometimes priced higher, but seen as delivering higher value
- A desire for even clearer, more accessible explanations around technical decisions
- Interest in expanded services such as app development
This insight directly informs how we evolve our services and communication going forward.
Values matter (to us and our clients)
As a Certified B Corporation, it was encouraging to see that the vast majority of clients either chose us because of our B Corp status or see it as a meaningful strength. Even more telling, 100% of respondents said ESG is already important to their business or firmly on their agenda. This reinforces our commitment to building work, and an agency, that delivers positive impact as well as performance.
A happy team delivers better work
Client satisfaction isn’t the whole picture. We also track how our team is feeling, because great work comes from motivated, supported people. Our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) sits at 67, reflecting strong engagement, alignment and job satisfaction across the team.
